Job Responsibility:
- Help customer fix their HW or SW problem
- Establish good relationship and achieve high level of customer
  satisfaction
- Manage customer call & field resource to service request
  completion
Job Requirement:
- Computer related background with master degree in IT
- Graduated in 2006 or earlier
- Produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly
  conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management and customers
- Learn and apply new equipment and tools within an acceptable
  timeframe, and assume ownership of assignment, completing
  commitments on time
- Willingness to perform as a support engineer
- Good reading and spoken English is prefer
